Day after day, Jack was forced to pick and choose his words, he minimized the number of words he spoke to only the needful. ARE YOU LISTENING?Stephen Covey stated different ways by which we listen in his book “The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People”. He also stated that listening is always hard which I do agree. The reason is that throughout our lives, we are easily taught (and which we learn) how to read, write, teach/speak but rarely do we get taught on how to listen. Lectures on how to listen can presently be gotten just through specialized/professional trainings. There are two major styles of listening I’ve noticed to be most visible among lots of people:
